Why, Thank You (One Sheet Wonder Cards 1 & 2)

    Hi, everyone!
For the next few days I'll be sharing cards created using a One Sheet Wonder template. Have you ever tried the OSWs? They are very fun, and you can get so many cards created making the best use of your Designer Series Papers and Cardstock. The OSW I'm using for this set of cards is from World of JenCraft.  I'll post a thumbnail shopping link list for you on each post. I put everything in this list that I used on this set of 12 cards, but not everything was used on every card. Make sense?  This particular OSW uses a 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper of your choice which is cut to spread out over 12 cards. There are 6 designs, so you can create 2 of each design for a total of 12 cards. I'm excited about showing my cards to you. I think they turned out so pretty.

    Hello There, Honey Bear

    Hi, everyone!
I hope you are having a great day so far!
Here is today's clean and simple card.

    You know what's funny?
I totally forgot I had the beehive die
that came in the bundle, and I fussy cut it out.
    hahahahaha
    Oh well. It still works.

The bear was colored using my Aqua Painter with Sahara Sand and Blushing Bride ink pads. Inside of the card, I stamped the sentiment on the bottom right corner.

Thanks for visiting with me today. Hugs!

    Easy Peasy Magnetic Bookmark

    Hi, everyone!
I love to read. Sometimes I get so engrossed in a good book, that I can't do much of anything else until I finish it. It's like I can't wait to get to the end, and then I'm sad it's over when I do. LOL The book I'm reading now is that good. It's called HOME by Harlan Coben. I've been turning down the pages as a bookmark, but decided I have all these Stampin' Up goodies that would love to be made into a custom bookmark. So here's the idea I came up with.

I cut 2 strips of 2" wide cardstock (Tranquil Tide).
You can make the bookmarks as long as you like.
I used the Scallop Label punch to fancy up the tops.
Then used Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere just the top of the 2 tag pieces together.

The front was decorated using the Lots of Love stamp set. Leaves were stamped in Tranquil Tide ink, and the sentiment in Fresh Fig onto Whisper White and adhered to the bookmark.

Then I put two strips of magnet tape on both pieces so they
would want to stick together. It works perfectly.
The magnetic force is enough to hold your place, but not too
much that it doesn't want to let go and tear your pages when you try.

You know, these would make great little treats for teachers, neighbors, co-workers... just a little somethin' somethin' to let them know you were thinking of them. Give it a try! Thanks for visiting with me today.
    Hugs!

    Love You Gift Bag

    Hello all my crafting friends!
I saw the cutest little gift bag on YouTube last month using Stampin' Up supplies. You can watch the tutorial video HERE. It's by ScrimpingMommy. People are so creative and share so many ideas with us. I love it. Stampin' Up is a great company to be a part of, and I love our demonstrators don't hog ideas, but share them freely and encourage us to try them too. That's what's it's about. Stampin' Up's Statement of the Heart is:
    To LOVE what we do
    &
SHARE what we love as we help others
    ENJOY creativity & worthwhile accomplishments...
In this we make a difference.

Now, I do try to credit those who inspired one of my projects and link to them. Sometimes if I see the same idea in different forms on Pinterest or YouTube, I'll just say that's where I saw it and that I'm not sure who thought of it first.

I want you to feel completely comfortable making anything you see me post on my blog. I don't hog my ideas or consider them copyrighted to only me. You are welcome to love, create, and enjoy anything you see on my blog and post it to your own blog to inspire others.

    So....... back to today's project...............

I used the gift bag tutorial and the layout design,
changing up the papers a bit, the ribbon, and using a different stamp from the Lots of Love stamp set. I also used my Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies for the sentiment.

Thank you so much for visiting with me today!
If you have any questions about ordering, Paper Pumpkin, or joining my team, please do not hesitate to ask!

    Crafting Forever.... Housework Whenever

    Isn't this a fun card?

I cut a little slit in the side fold so I could wrap my ribbon all the way around the front of the card. It also gives a little interest to the inside when you open the card up. You'll see in the product list below that I used my Aqua Painter. It was used to color the many paintbrushes and tools. I didn't list all of the ink pads I used because really, you could use any of the colors you have. But I will tell you that most the of colors are from the In Color current collections (both the 2017-2019 and the 2016-2018). I used the Tranquil Tide Stampin' Write Marker to color the Paintbrush Container.
You can make this card too! Give it a try.

  • Happiness = Coffee

I love the smell of coffee. I don't drink it, but I love the aroma.
This coffee series from Stampin' Up is so fun to work with!
My fun fold card today will hold a gift card to your favorite coffee cafe to send to a friend. This idea came from Shannon Colon. You can see your tutorial video HERE

For my take on this card, I did a few things a tad differently.
First, I used one of the Coffee Cafe dies to cut out one of the coffee cups in the Designer Series Paper on the front. This allowed the Wild Wasabi cardstock to show through and go along with the Wild Wasabi matting and ink I chose to use. I absolutely love that Stampin' Up thought to make that die fit the designer series paper! How clever! They also did that with the Birthday Delivery Bundle.... but I digress... back to my card....
The second thing I did a little differently from the video was to add an extra color matting around the designer series paper and the inside Whisper White.
Lastly, I added a bow to the front of the card that is wrapped around to hold the Gift Card flap secure.

It's fun to be inspired by talented crafters out there, and then make the creation our own with little changes here and there.

Thanks so much for visiting with me today!

    Wild About You Gift Bag

Cute Gift Bag to share with you today, and it's filled with Hershey Kisses!

I used my Aqua Painter and watercolor pencils to color the lion. The grass was drawn on with Old Olive Stampin' Write marker from the BRIGHTS collection. Super quick and easy. And who wouldn't love some chocolate for no reason at all?
